How do I set up my email for Microsoft Outlook?
- Click on "Tools" on the top menu
- Choose "Accounts…"
- Click the "Add" button on the right and choose "Mail…"
- Type the name you wish to appear on outgoing emails, click "Next"
- Type your email user name, followed by "@" and your domain name (ex: john@uhmssa.org), click "Next"
- In both text fields type "mail." then your domain name (ex: mail.uhmssa.org), click "Next"
- Type your full email address in the first field (ex: john@uhmssa.org) and your email password in the second, click "Next"
- Choose which option applies to you, click "next"
- Once you have finished with your connection information and receive the "Congatulations" screen, click "Finish"
That's it, your email should now be operational.

How do I set up my email account on Eudora?
- Click on the "Personalities" tab on the left menu
- Right-click in the menu and choose "New…" from the pop-up menu
- Choose "Create brand new email account," click "Next"
- Type what you would like the account called, click "Next"
- Type what you would like your email "from" to be seen as when you send email, click "Next"
- Type in your new email address with your email username followed by "@" and your domain name (ex: john@uhmssa.org), click "Next"
- Repeat Step 6.
- Type "mail." followed by your domain name (ex: mail.uhmssa.org), click "Next"
- Skip this step, no directory is needed, click "Next"
- Repeat Step 8.
- Click "Finish"
That's it! Whenever you log into Eudora, type in your email password.
